I went to the Acid Bar at the Emerald Hills area in Orchard a while back.
The music was quite nice.
They apparently have acoustic sessions everyday.
I found the ambiance pretty good, too.
Plus, it's one of the few places I've been to in Singapore that allows you to hear the music and at the same time the voices of your companions.

went to FLO bar a while back; by the water near One Fullerton.
They had a good accoustic group playing a set
