You can try the Komachi Salon in Liang Court....there are some decent japanese stylist there...

They are very $$$$$$$$$$$ I try before, nothing special, i try Korean one in Orchard too, they are just a little better than local stylist but price is sky high.....

Try Maeda who is a Japanese stylist with 20 yrs experience at Casey Inc.
The stylists at Casey Inc. there are all very experienced and they adopt a consultative approach focusing on the customer's needs. Very warm and friendly too

New New Zealand Stylist in Singapore

I just had my hair coloured and Cut by a New Zealand stylist in Singapore the price was really good and the service and workmanship was 5 star so nice to finally find a decent stylist in Singapore...:) She is based at Bukit Timah Plaza name GJ 1 Jalan Anak Bukit Road Level 2 #02-24 really worth visiting and add to facebook as they have some awesome promostions running hair.com & Ltd Editions on fbook but salon i note is called LTD Editions...TOP MARKS
