heard alot of not-so-nice stuffs in the SIA. wonder if BA will have those type of ppl too? very hierachy-based types.

from the interview i went before with BA, the crews who were helping out, they are very nice and friendly people. made me feel very welcome and at ease.
for me, BA is the most relaxing and welcoming interview i've been to. but it is also very tough to get in.

Not as much as Asian companies, in most if not all major british companies it is acceptable to call the boss by his or her first name is one example that may surprise you.

btw, they mention they would need a full length 4R photo. do we need to take in formal or normal will do?

i took a casual full length pic, just jeans and tshirt. But also dont noe if they want in formal attire or nt. Still havent submit my resume. hehe

ya.. me chi... So u thinking of taking formal full length pic? I so afraid they might reject my application cos of the pic. But the ad did not stated they nid formal or casual pic

yeah lo. i also scared kena reject cuz of photo. LOL. i think i'll most probably take the full length pic in formal wear ba. but my background will be damn messy. hehhe

If you wanna be on the safe side, i would say submit full-length formal attire.

-a recent passport size photo
-a full legth 4R photo
-copy of your O level certificate, NRIC and passport
-a daytime telephone contact number
**incomplete applications will be rejected**
we only need to submit those? is there any application form to fill up? how about our resume? i can't seem to find anything on the BA website..
