my mum have been having lower back pain for few years , we found this Dr Benard Lee on a u-weekly magazine so we tried to arrange an appointment to let him see..
He actually suggested for my mum to do a op named.. Radiofrequency and neuroplaty..? i thnk so..
and amazingly the pain is so much reduced!
well, seeing my mum feeling so much better made me so much relief.. although op is a lil costly but definetly worth it!! so i have been telling ppl hw amazing tis doctor is haha.. like a god to us? XD i thnk the clinic is call.. Singapore paincare center?

Where did you go for Chi Gung?
Bernard Lim wrote:I know this might some funny but have anyone of you thought of qi gong (chi gong) as an alternative?
I have slip disc on my lower back for 2 years and tried chiro, physio to no avail..
thus turned to qi gong (so mysterious haha)..
After 3 months of practice I feel much better, after 6 months of practice my slip disc did not come back anymore till now..
it trains u mentally and physically.. quite interesting though (you can see ppl 'sway' to the qi..)

The alarm bells should have rung when a chiro addresses themselves as DR or that the reccomendation on this thread came from "Randy Austin" who shares the same surname as the chiro. Anyawy, 20 visits later my back is so bad I can hardly get out of bed and I'm over $2k out of pocket - the treatment just made my back get worse. In the end she still maintained that I needed 5 or 6 more treatments. Have sinced gone to a physio and the problem is much better.
That mirrors my experience with her underling who has moved on.... I no longer believe Chiro is a legit activity.
