hi, im travelling tomorrow for singapore, and just to be on the safe side im gonna buy a ticket to KL in 15 days just to be safe, since i still havent received the EPEC my mail (i do have an return ticket to europe in 1 year, but since i just have the mail stating the EPEC was approved, i might get into trouble)
since i guess the LSTVP is gonna take still a couple of weeks or so, and im an european citizen (15 days visa) i will have to apply for an extension...my question is, if i can do this immediately on arrival at the airport, or only after via ICA?
