I give you the secret slimming pill and you run home.
Its that easy. It actually works better the further you live from me its amazing.
Better be care of the advertising!

No. Additionally, it could cause you lower back pains as well.

There's no way to lose fats but to exercise regularly. If you havent been exercise, take a small step at a time and gradually build your stamina. If you go to a gym, varied your exercise so you dont get bored easily. Suggest you start with walking and then jogging and running a longer distance at greater speed. With the exercise, you must be serious 'bout what you eat too - you are what you eat! Forget about the slimming pills or fat burning cream - they are a complete waste of time and $!

* there's specialized diets; right, SMS?
* stress (if you're not the stress eater type)
* join a survival reality TV show?
semantics, schemantics
I jest! Peace!!!

Yes, I wouldnt dare pit against the theory of the grand guru of weight loss who have lost (and still losing, I presume) 15.5kg in 10 weeks!
How is it going sunday? You got to your target weight yet?

I reached my target weight on 16 June 2008. Today, 16 months later, after just coming back from home leave in Sept. I weight 1.5 kg more than I did in June last year.
Yes it works. I lost 25 kg in 22 weeks and haven't looked back since.

Ain't liposuction the faster way to rid abdomen fats ?
You just have to find a good doctor in Sg and this procedure is actually quite common here.
Remember to find a good surgeon that's all. Sg got many good surgeons for this. Dr Seah Chee Seng is one of them. Heard from word of mouth, he specializes more on the body than the face. And so you guys can try to find people like him to have the great cut .
Guys also go for liposuction. The effect is wonderful and some can achieve 6 packs with excercise after lipo. However, there are also its own risk with this procedure so excercise may be the best to some.

btw if you are experiencing alot of stress, you tend to store fat in your tummy area. it sucks but that's what it is.

Badminton racquet.
Electric fly swatter is more badass!
Yeah, but the racquet will keep your form up to snuff for the next court date....
