well, I'm more into resistance & aerobics. I'm nt into martial arts. I was supervising a aerobics class in pomo when there was a martial arts lesson going on next door. So decided to po in n tk a look. The staff were really very friendly & informative. They were boasting of their instructors being on of the top notch people in the world. & these instructors r from different parts of the world,lke for example,the capoeira master was frm brazil n etc....I didnt join but i enrolled my nephew in there n he has lost abit of weight & loves the class
