Hi all - I read this chain and noticed a number of people also live on the East Coast. I'd love to hear if anyone has any nearby favorite places for eating/drinking/shopping as it seems that most people I meet liveon the other side of town! It also be great to know some "East Coasters"!

I'm moving to Singapore with my wife in the next few weeks. It seems from this post that the east cost is now the place to be? I'm currently looking at the various areas. and I think my requirements of close to cbd for work, decent local bars, and places to satisfy a foodie are quite common. Is east coast the new Holland Village?
