Fully agree. On top of that did I not realize before how just how little "happy" they had in their happy hour. I think the place is a good venue for drinks, but there are better deals in the area.
The problem is that the places with good deals are a bit more crowded - so if everyone would show up around the same time will we manage, but the late comers would have a hard time finding us in the middle of it...
So: Any suggestions for the next one? My one: There is a cheap but nice Indian outdoor restaurant called "food on fire" at Far East Sq with nice set menus (around 10-12 SGD) as well as Tiger, Heineken and Asahi for 5 SGD all evening.
