Nah. Once they are over 35 they are qualified to buy a three room HDB (one of 'em, anyway). They can also buy a condo whenever they've got the bread. As long as they don't leave their windows & doors open, they should be okay.

Yes I understand that what you say is correct. But the fact is that as far as I know they all still live with their parents. I'm not saying that that is solely because of their sexuality, rather that their way of life seems to be correlated with being long-term economically handicapped.

...Or maybe it is just the bunch of gays I know who are like that! :)

My ex-boss is. The week after he turned 35 he bought a three room HDB out in Yishun. Been looking for months up to that time. That was 7 years ago I think. I'm sure there are a lot more today.

He's economically doing okay. Owns a pretty well known local recruitment agency here. Actually won an entrepreneur award a couple of years ago I believe, but can't be bothered to go to their website to find out what it was.
