As long as I watch good games with a lot of goals, I will be happy .
I may be an easy guy to satisfy, but I am bored of this old italian style, so-called "cattenaccio".
And to be fair with our italian friends, it is obviously a style they are no more using fortunately.

A record is made to be replaced by another one.

My favorite players will be :
Ronaldinho, Henry, Drogba, english midfield(Gerrard, Lampard), Ballack, Messi, Zidane for his last challenge.
Let's see if We can do much better than for the preceding world cup

like V said, might just step up his performance and produce a couple of those 'out of this world' rescue acts.

Have a feeling they would come against teams who are having an excellent run.

Germany have been known to be a 'wet blanket'.

I miss the days of USSR...

I guess the definitipn of topscorer is the one who tops the scoring charts - thoughtb that would be quite easy, even if one valiantly tries to find fault with the Germans . . .

Argentina - just kick ass with their pride

we are well known for our weak defense players. No wonder the best tactics *against* Brazil is still 'keep on attacking'. At some point those defenders will mess things up.
Unfortunatelly, not many teams have guts to face Brazil. They all in general start the game considering a draw a good result.

Very true . . .

Watched an Argentina-Brazil game from last year . . . 3-1 for the Argies - they just negated Ronaldinho, Robinho and Adriano (sorry, I think he is the weak point) and attacked!

BTW, we should get together in the Chimjes or somewhere for the matches

and maybe swap jerseys just like the players. I have already 10 Brazil jerseys in case.
