Carrot Cake Conversation (2008)

Synopsis:
The Carrot Cake Conversations is a story of four strangers who find themselves stranded in Singapore and how they find companionship over a plate of carrot cake. Failed American actress Kate meets three Singaporeans and starts a conversation as they share their view points on love, life, loss and their thoughts on carrot cake and what it means to them. The end of the conversation leads them to emerge as different people, promoting the possibility that sometimes in life; all you need is a conversation.

From an IMDB review, it seems to be mixed, but let me later be a judge of that...

hey stevie_w and abbym, will be nice if u guys can take the lead and select a movie (a recent good one like conjuring, wolverine etc) and post the show/venue details. i am sure more ppl should be able to join us in that way.
i have a very shitty internet connection atm, so i cant organise this time! hope its not a lot of work for u guys..
