Yes cantonese~ as you can see Micole's posts~ now THAT's a true HongKee~

But then we all type english because not many people can read chinese here

Welcome Welcome~ Singapore is a very funny country(*ahmm* city) If you always want to live like the Americans/Canadian/Australian, but don't want to be too boring? Singapore is the place for YOU! Basically you have a Chinese Culture but with a very strong Western influence.

So you will hear people want to buy all branded bags, electronic etc (like in HK) but not everyone can afford them because like in Western countries they are damn expensive.

So far I like my lifestyle here in Singapore, here is a bit less crowded (hey I live in Mongkok when I'm in HK), and the air is fresher etc... And even if it gets a bit boring, you can either find HK people in Singapore to do what most HK people do in HK... eat dinner, sing K, watch movie, ride bike (except not in Shatin), and of course play HK mahjong.

But if you still miss HK, you can always visit HK~ it's so damn close~ I mean I went back to HK twice already since last March and I'm happy as a Bird~

im here 1/2 yr jar! hehe
ya indeed i can see the pace in SG is slower, but not too slow which is great
nice place to work in - not as fast + stressed
but of cos i prefer home, guess fds are more there
notice sg collegues 少d出街,,少聯絡
u stay in mongkok.. hehe, i stay tin hau ga~~
mongkok is very crowded indeed
