Springdale is one of the many condominium development at the Upper Bukit Timah area. It is opposite a string of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping malls and retail outlets.
Springdale is well-served by major expressways like PIE and BKE. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the city centre.
