Quiet Environment, Great for Expat Living, Pet Friendly.
Next to Sixth Ave and a bus stop that has buses directly to Raffles, River Valley, Clementi, Dhoby Ghaut MRT station.

Conveniently located near Sixth ave, accessible to PIE and close to CBD area, Ventura Heights is one of the most value for Money place to choose from.
With Rental rates going at only $1.71c PSF, it's probably the cheapest, Luxury place to live in a prime, expensive area in Bukit Timah.
Unit comes with 2 dedicated parking lots, a roof terrace where you can host activities during festive/special occasions to invite friends over!
It also comes with a swimming pool right infront of the living area, open/closed kitchen makes organisation of food stuff easy.
Building is new and Interior is nicely done up with a feel of luxury and prestige...
all the 5 bedrooms are enough to accommodate bigger families although I converted one of them to child's play room and the other to a study room.
Environment is peaceful and quiet, away from the busy/noisy roads but still not too far away from the CBD area.
Like I said, at $1.71 PSF this is probably the most value for money place to live in an expensive area.
