Designed to exude the majestic ambience of an upmarket tropical resort, these eight terraces in the Berthside combined the use of rustic and natural materials with clean and contemporary design to recreate a modern island retreat. A spacious deck area has also been planned to allow owners to savour outdoor living and dining. Each terrace has its own private berth.

The marketing preview during the first quarter of 2005 was met with an overwhelming response, with all the eight terraces sold.
