convenient location, good place to live if you can stand the noise.
The bid downside is that the building management is horrible, rude, and there are so many unreasonable rules. That was the main reason I decided to move out after a year. I just can't stand them.
Imagine they would not open the carpark door for you when you come to your own home....and if you lose your access card, they need a police report before they can issue you a new one. The pool is sometimes close because of the quality of water, and of course it was discovered only when the NEA came to inspect.

Ok condo, about 1 year old.
Management team seem incompetent & unhelpful, security team should be renamed "prison guards" because that's how they act.
Pools are regularly closed & tenants are advised not to use because of water quality.
Heavy construction going on at a neighboring development until July 2017
