ABOUT DOVER PARKVIEW
Dover Parkview is situation along Dover Road and Buona Vista Road which is just 10 minutes walk away from the Dover MRT station and the popular expat hangout - Holland village. This development is easily accessible by the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) which is 8 minutes drive away from the Central Business District (CBD) of Singapore.
With its expansive grounds, every facility in Dover Parkview can be laid out so that residents can enjoy themselves unobtrusively. Ample parking spaces have also been provided to ensure easy access to your home. Direct buses 200 and 95 are available along North Buona Vista Road if you are working or studying in National University of Singapore (NUS).
This condominium is very popular with INSEAD students or lecturers because of the close proximity to the INSEAD campus - around 8 minutes walk away. Expatriates working in the Biopolis would prefer to stay in this condo because of the close walking distance to work.

SUPERB location. Well connected to town and Singapore's CBD, short taxi ride to the famous Holland Village! Best is that it is only about 5 mins walk to Buona Vista MRT / Star Vista shopping mall. Everything you need is really nearby.
Facilities within the condominium is EXCELLENT, like living in a resort every day! 4 swimming pools, 9 BBQ pits, 4 tennis courts, etc...
No doubt this development is much older than others, but the older developments in Singapore are much more spacious as compared to the newer condominiums in Singapore.
Overall a wonderful place to stay in and a nice quiet environment after a hard day's work in the office.
