Thanks everyone for the feedback. I am back to Singapore with 30 days extension. I spent 1 night in Johor Bahru and returned back after around 24 hours. The immigration officer was kind enough to extend my visa for 30 days.

Yes, I went to ICA with a PR who was willing to sponsor me. But, the lady told me that she cannot extend my Short Term Visit Pass because I was given 1 month Pass after my EP terminates.
