Hi, I do not have any info, but quite often there is some event organizer who organize exhibition for furniture from Indonesia. I did attend one before (it was quite sometime ago, though....) in EXPO.

You may want to carefully check the daily newspaper, because I got the information from there.

Well, you can get 3 BR unit in a full facility condo with rental fee between S$ 2000 - 3000. It won't be too near to the city area, but it will be nearby the train station. Hmm... buffet... yummy...

For something which is not too expensive but tasty, I like the one in Hotel Phoenix (the basement).

Other than that, I like the sunday brunch buffet at RITZ (Greenhouse).

The best way is like what Strong Eagle said, hire someone with references or ‘Transfer maid’ they call it here. Hillview2006, I thought "Transfer Maid" was a name given to those who have come to Singapore (after the employer choose them), but somehow after few weeks or a month, the employer decided...

Hi spaul, just to share my experience with you... We've been employing a live-in maid 4 times. Both me & husband works full day. 1st one. Young. Single. Smart. Very clean. She was very 'royal' to my daughter. She bought my daughter snacks, or sweet, whenever she went home from a day off. Turned out ...

Hi,

A friend of mine was just diagnosed with the above illness... and seeking a second opinion in Singapore...

Anyone can help her to recommend a good specialist in Singapore?
