Paul Tseng still does do homebirths but with certain conditions to be met. (he's my gynae)

As far as I know water births have not been 'approved' at Thomson Medical.

yup, when the orders come down from the top (to enforce a particular rule), then the nearest scapegoat gets it... a good example would be the hijacking of wireless broadband that happened recently.

I think you'll have to take into consideration your expected lifestyle, where you're going to live, what kind of job conditions you want... the list goes on. Think hard.

Hi, Singapore just had its first 'water birth' at Mount Alvernia hospital. It isn't a normally accepted thing to do. Very new actually. I'd suggest you get in touch with Ginny Phang.
