My children (7yr and 10yr) are very involved in year round competitive swimming in the United States. Does anyone have any information about the quality and competitiveness of the swimming in Singapore and how it compares to that in the US?

My family will possibly be relocating to Singapore this summer from the United States. Are there waiting lists to get into American schools or is it easy to get your children (7yr old and 10yr old) enrolled? How do the American schools compare to those in the US?
