hey Syssi, is it in-door or out-door? I've tried few times in-door climbing before but still at beginner level (my leg & arm are not strong enough ).

Hot Yoga is sort of doing yoga in a super hot room. Pure Yoga is the name of a yoga studio, it is open to everyone

I recently joined Pure Yoga. They provide hot yoga class at several levels, and so far I feel quite OK. Let me know if you need more information
