Does anyone have recent experience of buying a UK property? I'm a Singapore resident (UK expat) looking to buy.

Would be interested in any advice shared on mortgage brokers, bank lenders, etc. plus any pitfalls and things to look out for.

Can anyone recommend an international UK bank savings account for British nationals living overseas? I'm looking for something with good interest rates, no administration charges, and low hassle (and costs) for converting Sing dollars currency to Sterling.

hi, there are some good courts just near to the national stadium (the tennis and squash club). i used to play a lot back home but haven't found too many people to play since moving out here so give me shout if you'd like a game sometime.

I'd be interested in a few tennis lessons - as well as playing. Getting back into playing after a long lay-off. Do you know of any coaches?

sunday's good except i'm not going to have my own guitar by then (recently moved from the UK and in the process of buying one). could still come along though.

Does anyone know of any gyms that are located centrally which you can use on pay as you go basis (i.e. you don't need to become a member)? Ideally somewhere in the Orchard Road, Bugis, City Hall area.
