Anyone for cricket?

Post by sene » Sat, 04 Aug 2007 1:38 pm

I'm interested in organising a social cricket match with the tennis ball (so no expensive gear needed) ... would like to know a show of hands how many may be interested.

For those Brits in this Forum ... please note that jellybeans will be banned. :P

Me too, 25yr old male, just moved here a couple of weeks ago, looking to meet some people - cricket sounds perfect to me.

Let me know where and when.

As regards the venue - we can play at the east coast park. I stay close by and often find others playing there. Its big enough for two teams. We would need a rubber stump and a bat.
