Just yesterday I took my dress in to the department store B & H (I think that's the name) that is above the Bugis MRT. Go to the 2nd fl. and to the alterations department. For 2 dresses that are too big and for a shirt to be taken in, it cost $46. I think that's pretty reasonable...

Thanks for the update, Nikki. Crisis was averted when I had to go back to the states suddenly and was able to visit my favorite salon - so I'm OK for the next few months. If I have to do it here, I guess it's best to pay a lot at Toni and Guy than pay less, but regret it. That's what we get for livi...
