Hmm well I didnt really hear it from anyone, but instead i am just wondering this question

It is best that u take more physical rest. when u damage ur cartilage, it cant be healed. Actually it does, but it is a very slow process. Try also to do warm up before the exercise and take more milk.

This might sound weird, however i am 14 this year and i am like 180 plus cm.

I find it abit too tall and hope to at least grow shorter by few cm.

Any suggestions?
