Look for us by the big barrel/table next to the stairs in the courtyard.
We have reserve the barrel for WNDC.

This time for sure I will make it, I planned it carefully... See ya deadpoet!
(btw, would a future WNDC visit to the eskimo bar be a 'cool' idea?)

Where is this bar??? I have to go there! Sounds like loads of fun... all this humidity here makes me long for a cool place to go and relax...

Eski bar is at Boat quay and there's Ice Palace at Clarke quay, bot with sub zero temperatures. But as far as I understood they provide coats and gloves?
Agree though, would most likely be the shortest WNDC in history, hahaha!
Imagine taking a few vodka shots there, then take of the coat and step back into tropical reality.... Bang....

In Austria, we would call this a "Luftwatschn", Eric... just in case u intend to improve your German
thank you very much, I think I saw one bar opposite to the Molly Malone Irish pub (where two friends of mine were playing some songs last Friday)

I'm definitely game for Eski bar! Even if it is for not more than 10 minutes.
Been ages since I experienced severe cold temperature.
It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

So would it be an idea to have some pre-WNDC drinking as an appetizer (cold one) on one of the next occasions for the WNDC?
I could finally made some use of my gore tex thermo coat again
Btw, Chris, us Dutchies, we would call it a: "knal voor je kop".

Don't tell me you hide at home, because Sapphire was out of town??
Should be a reason to go out when she is not around!

Yes sweetie, I'm back. You showing up for the WNDC this wednesday? If so, then I'll try and be there for an hour or so.
Of course, disregard what the
pest from Netherlands posted above. He's just jealous.

... I love your language... it's so simple to understand for someone who speaks German, yet it is so funny to pronounce...
think I'll come to the WNDC... but we have to organize a meeting in the Eskimo Bar too... although this would prove that my concerned mother was right when she packed a winter coat into my suitcase...
