Fairs/Flea Markets in Hotels

I noticed there are some fairs/flea markets in hotels selling fashion accessories, etc.
Anyone knows how to go about booking the slots there?

You can contact the people at Fancy Faire(www.fancyfaire.com) I think there is going to be a Christmas Fair sometime 15th Nov.
