I have checked on the bookings and looks like we need to book those chalets months in advance to get a saturday night booking.
Would a friday night be okay?
Even for that we may need to wait until late May or June to get a booking. So we need to get cracking soon.
Its no point saying count me in .. I need some of us to meet together and chip in a few $$ as well to help pay the advance (its about $200).
I suggest we go for an Asian theme party .. sarong for guys (make sure you wear a belt around it because you are going to dance in it) and sarong-lungi for gals (Bali style is also ok). I suggest we also play predominantly Asian music like Indian Bhangra, Indonesian Dangdut, Malaysian Joget, Sri Lankan Baila, Taiwanese Cantopop ... and may be Jpop and Kpop (though these latter two sounds to me more like western rock).
Feedback please.

Hi hi -
Wow!
Really good to hear things are going well!
For somethg of this scale - may i propose:
1. As mentioned - a committee of sorts
2. Pple who are interested meet at an earlier social event first -
like maybe a Sat night in Apr at Zouk of MOS or somethg
3. Truly int parties meet together at the booking office to pay for the chalet/food/etc
Any feedback?
MAybe we can also get a poll going to see how much pple are willing to pay vs how much it wld costs?
