Pole dancing/ lap dancing classes for couples/ women.... ?

Hiya,.. my gfs and i were thinking of taking up pole dancing. And we've now laid aside a girls' night out every week to do so. Does anyone know where to take up pole dancing?

Also, i had read that there are also lap dancing classes strictly for couples. Too bad i threw away the magazines and newspapers, but if anyone can help? ^_^
