You should get more suggestions from the king'z an queen's of the 'CGC' group.

If it'z morning-evening, visit big shopping malls near ur place. An after evening visit the disco pubs like zouk.

cathay cineleisure,plaza Singapura, Marina South, greatworld city, almost every shopping mall in Singapore etc..

Hi Boya, So you are no teenager And what's the range you are lookin' at? 16, 17,18,19? Teenagers might not have that much funds to go hang out much often and round it up, there's an age limitation for entering most night-spots.
