Min Jiang at Goodwood Park does a decent high tea dim sum buffet on weekends. Can't remember the exact price, but it's fairly reasonable (under S$20, I think).

in intercontinental hotel they have the best Dim sum i've ever had. we went for a sunday brunch, i forgot the price. live i said they serve great dim sum but the service is very poor.
