Guys I need help here ok

I can't do it ALL by myself - please offer your ideas and suggestions please..( am basically just as busy with work as everyone else here :wink: )

Do we have transpotation problem ?
Food preparation problem? [ALL bbq pits are booked out - so just potluck!]
which point/location of ECP we could do the celebration?

hmm...good suggestion ... but since i'm not familiar with ECP i don't think i can offer much help...can we get a place for us with shelter?? so no matter sunny or raining we still can have fun :D

but if we go for potluck please make sure that don't bring too much foods *if not enough we always can take away from somewhere. rather waste the left over*

Sorry EPL, am not familiar with ECP. :( So I will follow you all. Dont allow me get lost. :P :D Actually I agreed of what Jun said. Shall get somewhere with shelters.
My place can fit for 20 ppls bbq together but dont have swimming pool. Sigh...so daren't to held this big big event at my place. Also some ppls might thot jurong east is far away from city..

Sorry for the late reply. I wld have to say for now that my schedule is still abit uncertain with a few events pending. This week i am definitely out. And the next two is even worst. So I guessed with much regrets I wld have to sit this one out. Sigh ! Enjoy ya :)

Hello organizers,

never thought it would be this sat 29/7, sorry for the late reply....really like to join, but i already rsvp with the indo bbq gathering long ago. check out its forum, the place has swim pool also hehe.

so yah if it's another day, i can make it. happy celebrating!
