My Dear MBA's
AMENDED TO MARINE COVE
Lets head to the beach at East Coast Park, near McDonalds,at Marine Cove 12pm onwards, 12th August 06 . Adjacent to Mcdonalds u will find a wide choice of the good places to have lunch/dinner. For vegeterians there is Komala Vilas.

There is also a Seven -eleven store for booze etc.,

For all those early birds lets meet their for lunch! & if Junta is Interested we go for Bowling at the Marine Cove from 2pm- 4.30 pm.

The Map link is down
below,http://./asia_tra ... el_id=5410

The best bus to take is BUS NO. 401 FROM BEDOK INTERCHANGE.
1st bus leaves at 2 pm & last bus leaves 10 pm. The bus is at 20 mins interval. If u take any other bus, there is a very long walk involved.

By MRT

1) Alight at Paya Lebar MRT station and take bus 135 or 76.

2) Alight at Bedok MRT station and take bus 31,197, or 401.

3) Alight at Orchard MRT station and take bus 36 or 401.

(please check about bus service from the Orchard & Paya lebar MRT, not sure about them)

The other alternative is a taxi ride of approx $7 from bedok mrt.(recommended)

Adjacent to the Marine Cove are various amenities which include rain shelter, food n drinks, showers , toilets, rentals for bikes n skates etc., For the over enthusiasts there is the SKI 360 …wakeboarding and the list goes on ..

Kab ayega woh din.....
Aayega, aayega. Problem yeh hai ki weekend mein I'm never free. Always have something planned. But, I'm sure I'll manage one weekend some day soon. I would like to meet you all too.

Megha, you've met me. Kill their curiosity if they are really curious.

Enjoy your Saturday outing. That day, I'll be in the vicinity. Unfortunately, can't make it. BBQ party...
It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

I am sooo sorry that I will not be able to join you guys tomorrow for the east coast outing. One of my American friend is in town (Aug 11 -14) with his wife and he wants to meet me. I just received his email yesterday evening. Khozem bhai maaf kar dena...... yeh mera khas dost hai aur muzhe milna hi padega, and I want to sacrifice this weekend for them. You guys have all the fun.

Guys do carry ur beach mats ,shades, suntan lotion etc., I will be bringing mine.
I have a huge tent , 2 small dinghies, air bed, hammock etc., but lets keep it for some other time.
