This SilkAir interview is only for females.

And if you wanna find out more abt "what interviewers are looking out for in the resume, and how should a guy dress for the interview", perhaps you can contact http://www.reddot.sg?

They were the ones who recruited for Tiger Airways and my friend went for their 2 day course and they covered those topics you were asking abt

Well, they have been holding classes quite frequently it seems. So i guess there's a demand there lor.
