Weekend in a Secluded Indonesian island

Has anyone been to Coral Cove Island resort off Batam?

I was told by the resort operators that it is located just off Batam in Indonesia and it a small island with no others living there except the resort people. Looks like a good place for swimming, tanning and a beach party at night without any disturbance.

I'm looking at either the weekend of 9-10 June (if I do not go overseas on work on these days) or a weekend in late July.

So far I have got 3 PMs ... all seem to be single and I guess males .. it would be good to have some couples and gals too.

If we go around a full moon we may be able to have a beach disco (with natural lights).

i think we can all forget about june. i called them up.. fully booked till JULY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! anyway its SGD 180 per pax 2 days 2 nights. all meals, transport, taxes, accomodation included.

anyway it might be a good thing that its fully booked mayb we can ask more people to join in?

I spoke to the resort as well. Yes, they are booked until August on weekends (I assume).

But when I asked if we could camp out bringing our own tents they said an arrangements could be worked out. So what about a camping trip to the resort in July.

Any takers?

i have a 8-men tent which i haven use for some time. but will there be camping facilites? toilets? can we use the resorts?
