Hi
Can anyone out there recommend a personal trainer to help me in the gym? What is generally the going rate for a personal trainer?
Thx

margt,
How long will you be living in Singapore for? Most gyms have a membership on "contract" basis and that is cheaper in the long run. After you have signed up as a member, you can sign up with their PTs for a Personal Training package which consists of anything from 5 sessions to 10 sessions with the trainer. The number of sessions may vary, depending on which gym and the trainer him/herself.
Happy working out

Hi margt,
I know someone who does personal training and he charges $100 per hour - not sure which currency though...he's an American and he's trained some high profile people - that's why he's expensive.

Have a few contacts. Do you prefer male or female trainers?

Try the google search for "Singapore personal trainers". There are some trainers that come up.
