Hi,
I plan to go to Hongkong first or second Weekend in March and take Friday or Monday off. Flights should be around 220-260. Jetstar is perfect and gives you a full 3 days.
I'm also looking for travel buddys to go to Cambodia, Phuket, KL, Penang, maybe Bali, Malakka, in the next 2-3 month (2-3 day weekend trips). If somebody has something else upcoming, I'm open to everything, starting this weekend.
Write me a pm

Hi,
I thougt about a weekend in Penang - Jan 12-13. Flight from JB is around 70S$.
Question 1: Somebody want to join?
Question 2: Is it safe to fly from/to JB? Flight will arrive 21:55 in JB. What is the best way to get to JB Airport and get back?
Thanks.

Just came back from Penang - the food are Fantastic, wouldn't mind going back again on a wknd (the JB to Png Airasia is the fastest)
Anyone got plan for Angkor Wat, want to go there between Jan and Mar, think of a 3 day trip (Fri, Sat and Sun)

btw, all the chinese new year out of singapore flight to nice attractive locations (other than the normal pruket, penang, tw, hk, run of the mill locations) seem to be booked..need to look harder
I found a good deal on JetStar going to Angkor Wat Jan 24 coming back on 27th, will be doing the full wknd there...cheers

Just booked a Trip to Hongkong - 1-3 March with Jetstar. Guess I'll spend half day or something in Macau.
Regarding Angor Wat: Somebody just told me it would a lot more fun to book a flight to pnom phen and take a boat up the mekong to angor wat.

It is true - if you are totally wasted or stoned because your fellow passengers will be be (and they are puking off the only basket on the boat besides)..unfortunately most of the boat trip are ruin by these "intoxicating" tourists. If you are willing to fork up 4 times the dough and rent your boat, it is a nice ride
