Pamie, read the sentence in the quote: Cantonese
(is a plus). That means if you speak Cantonese it is an advantage but you need to be fluent in Mandarin since that is the Chinese spoken in Singapore and China.....

ya i do understand.. that's y.. i'm soooooooooo scared

hmmm... i'm quite surprise that if you do know hw to speak cantonese it will be a plus since it covers mostly more or china and singapore..
i dont think they will expect u to write right since you will be communicating with the customer in mandarin or cantonese and not write out and show it to them?
hmmm... if anyone receive any call from them to let me know k...
since their date line already closed... guess there will be at least some calling or email to ask to go for the interview.

hmm...self intro in chinese upon their request..play safe to have in mind wat you wil say in chinese n english..jus in case..
i agree that BA is not the only airline but looking at its low turnover rate...shows that they have a good staff treatment and i'm sure we can learn diff things from every airline..
thus we've to try hard and give our best shot at every interview at any airline...
