Tennis

Post by Koukla » Sat, 10 May 2008 7:40 pm

I'm new to Singapore and keen to play some social night tennis!
I'm not so keen to go down the country club route, so I am looking for suggestions on where to play & with whom.
I'm in the River Valley / CBD / Orchard road area.

Kallang

Post by tassos » Fri, 16 May 2008 11:15 am

My teacher has just cancelled the lesson for this coming Saturday. So, I could book a tennis court at Kallang to play this coming Saturday or Sunday, if one of you was interested. I am a beginner. Let me know. (Kallang tennis courts complex is served by many bus lines, but I have to check out the numbers)

Hi!

I have a tennis court at my place, on old Kaelock Road, ust parallel to River Valley Road.

I could book it on a weekly basis, free. And we could hire a tennis coach? I'm basc/intermediate.

It could be a group tennis plus social after that. Either eat/drink by the pool or up my apartment. Or go out.

Whichever whomever would like.

Cheers!

Sounds good. I am here until Tuesday next week and then away for 2 weeks. My coach is away until Tuesday. Do you know any other coach? If we find a coach we can start this weekend or Monday.

Suggestion

Post by tassos » Fri, 16 May 2008 5:38 pm

I suggest we meet Monday evening at old Kaelock Road, ust parallel to River Valley Road, if you can book the court. Then we can decide to play and take some lessons. I am free to start this coming Monday if the court is available.
