Hi
I'm looking out for a decent GYM around the Tampines / Simei.
Really not fussy about the classes etc , just want a decent place to work out the cardio and a bit of weight training as well.
Any suggestions welcome.
Cheers
Yogi

you can goto the Tampines Sports Hall or to any of the Community Centres around Simei or Tampines areas such as Tampines West CC, Central, North and many more.

Thanks for the info & Yes you're right , I visited Tampines sports hall day before . Seems they have a decent gym being setup there and doesn't cost much as well. Although i didn'y get a chance to get in but still looks ok.
BTW howz Safra facilities and what's the procedure to use them.

you need to be a member and slightly costly than normal gym and the facilities is equipped with good workout set pieces. I prefer Tampines Stadium more cosy but at times it can be full.
