I love cycling but dun own a bike. Not sure how far is 30km. I only go for the occasional cycling outings to east coast and rent bikes from there.

Cycling is the best exercise for our halth.Several years later, I'm cycling for a trip in week ends. However, I was doing physical work during the day and taking long hikes on weekends and, when I went on caving trips, I had no trouble with keeping up with the others, so I felt I was in good physical shape.

Same like Casper... I only into occasional cycling. But went cycling from Singapore to Thailand before... Took 3-5 days with stop available of course. Was kinda of fun... but that was several years before...

Most medical practices operate half-day on weekends or else are closed entirely. Discuss your options with your obgyn.
