Looking to learn Russian

I can suggest you an online source RussianOnWeb.
It helped me with russian language a lot :)
You can start with free cources including phonetic course or find a personal russian language tutor ;)

when I initiated learning Russian I started to learn the pronunciations of small words and Russian names and for names I always used to refer Babynology.
