If you are interested in joining us, please read the pointers below CAREFULLY:

a. APPLICATION WILL BE CLOSED ON 29TH NOVEMBER 2008. (Sorry about the short notice.)

b. In reply to this thread, add your name onto the name list below by copying and pasting. If you don't do that, we'll lose you!

b. If you have never met Moonriver personally, please PM your phone number AND email address to her. (If you're unable to PM us, please let us know by posting it here in this thread so that we'll initiate the PM for you.)

Your seat will only be guaranteed if you have fulfilled 'a' and 'b' above. (However, if you HAVE MET Moonriver personally, just add your name to the name list and there's no need to PM her because she would've kept your contact details.)

c. You may withdraw your name from the list if you can't make it or you decided that you would not enjoy the cuisine/restaurant we've chosen for a certain month after you've applied. Please do not feel bad doing so and you don't even have to state your reason. Please withdraw your name by 3 December (2 days before the meetup).

If there is a NO SHOW WITH NO CANCELLATION, you will be black-listed.

Yes, we have lots of 'private' activities not posted publicly on this website, like going for Claypot rice and movies tonight, BBQ, hot pot, mostly dinning. We also went hiking together or to each others' home for meals after people have become more familiar with each other.

We had French dinner last night because we finally had a small group of 11 people. The food was fabulous. All of us from HK basically has the same taste anyways, and we really 'click' well.
