Keep in mind that Jan 26 and 27 is 1st and 2nd day of the new year. Most, if not all, chinese singaporeans will not open shop. So it might be a waste of time, unless you just want to see the place. I believe the night of 25th will be good (but I'm not 100% sure though since I avoid crowds) because of last minute shopping. Prepare to squeeze but you will get first hand experience of actual CNY rush in SG. It should also be a good time to bargain (although I'm not sure about this too). Good buys are those assorted candies and sweets that you can pick and choose (mostly from China so... up to you to try).Hithnar wrote:Go to www.visitsingapore.com . Sentosa is overrated IMO. Seriously not worth it.
