Where are the crowd??!!

In time of recession like now, most of the pubs and bars are sooo quiet these days!! And that’s really depressing Can someone recommend some nice places to chill and to people watch please?

Hmm... I usually went down to pub in bugis or boat quay for some drinks... Yes. There's lesser crowds nowadays compare to last time. Perhaps due to some random spot check by the police during year end though. Most pub are now following their license, in which most close around 12am...

But however, there's still many pubs in Boat Quay that open till late...Feel free to pm me, if intending to go chill at such place... I'm keen too ^^
