Maybe it would help if you would tell us what exactly you are wanting to have done? A brand new bag made or your favourite bag repaired?

it's a brand new bag using normal cloth. not those thick materials...

Not knowing how complicated it is, possibly try some of the people who sew for a living. Katong Shopping Centre(big blue building located on the East Coast Road near Parkway Parade)has several of these people, who might be able to make it for you. All you can do is ask. They might be able to suggest someone who can help you out.
