If you are interested in joining us, please read the pointers below CAREFULLY:
a. We are going to a Jazz bar after dinner. Please indicate with '(Jazz bar)' if you're interested in going. It's more for the music than the drinks. They do serve non-alcoholic drinks.
b. APPLICATION WILL BE CLOSED ON 15th February 2009.
c. In reply to this thread, add your name onto the name list below by copying and pasting. If you don't do that, we'll lose you!
d. If you have never met Moonriver personally, please add your name onto the 'New Members' list + PM your phone number & email address to to Moonriver. (If you're unable to PM us, please let us know by posting it here in this thread so that we'll initiate the PM for you.) Please note that there will be a limit to the number of new members each time in proportion to the number of regular members who has signed up. This is to decrease the risk of 'no shows'. We'd appreciate your understanding in regards to this matter.
Your seat will only be guaranteed if you have fulfilled 'c' and 'd' above. (However, if you HAVE MET Moonriver personally, there's no need to PM her.)
e. You may withdraw your name from the list if you can't make it or you decided that you would not enjoy the cuisine/restaurant we've chosen for a certain month after you've applied. Please do not feel bad doing so and you don't even have to state your reason.
If there is ever a NO SHOW, no future application will be entertained.
