I've never had Filipino food and would like to try it. Please count me in!

SORRY!!! me the organiser cannot attend the dinner, arrrghhh... bad work life balance

sisig is not crispy enough...

lechon kawali... huh... it's not roasted pig deep fried

otherwise... decent place.. hehe

Thanks for making the arrangement woofmy. Too bad you weren't able to joing us. Btw, lechon kawali is deep fried. The roasted one is called lechon baboy or simply lechon. There's one at lau pa sat but the lechon baboy is only available on weekends. Haven't tried it yet though

So what's next on the list?

hehe.. i like the lechon kawali I have at Glorietta 4. It is actually... roasted pork, chopped up and deep fried.

I know about normal lechon... which is actually similar to chinese roasted pork

bonifacio one is raw pork belly deep fried
