SORRY!!! me the organiser cannot attend the dinner, arrrghhh... bad work life balance :( need to attend an important dinner at work.

Date - 12 May 2009
Time - 8pm
Place - Bonifacio

Cuisine Type - Filipino Food
Estimated Cost - $25-35 (food only)

I will make the necessary reservations and PM each of the attendees my mobile number and the reservation name.

sisig is not crispy enough...

lechon kawali... huh... it's not roasted pig deep fried :(

otherwise... decent place.. hehe

well at least now I know how philippine food taste like. and with a philippine native with us. ordering is a breeze... so whats the new plan?

Thanks for making the arrangement woofmy. Too bad you weren't able to joing us. Btw, lechon kawali is deep fried. The roasted one is called lechon baboy or simply lechon. There's one at lau pa sat but the lechon baboy is only available on weekends. Haven't tried it yet though

So what's next on the list?

hehe.. i like the lechon kawali I have at Glorietta 4. It is actually... roasted pork, chopped up and deep fried.

I know about normal lechon... which is actually similar to chinese roasted pork

bonifacio one is raw pork belly deep fried :P

p/s Is there a cheaper option of Russain Food.? Cant imagine the food without the drinks... kee
